Our platform makes it easy for you to deliver comprehensive, longitudinal care virtually, while still maintaining the personalized touch that primary care requires. You’ll have access to embedded clinical guidelines and protocols to support your care decisions, all from one streamlined platform. To provide continuity for your assigned patients, AZOVA requests a minimum of 8 hours of scheduled availability on the AZOVA platform each week.

Who can participate? Board certified pediatricians or family medicine physicians and nurse practitioners or physician assistants who have one or more years experience in pediatrics or family medicine with a strong emphasis in pediatric care.

Who can participate? You must be board certified in dermatology or have completed the ExpertDerm Dermatology Fellowship Foundation tier or higher in order to participate in this program.

Doula services include Prenatal, Delivery, and Postpartum visits conducted in person and virtually on the AZOVA platform.

Who can participate? Certified birth doulas or those who have completed an approved doula training program are eligible to join this service line.

On AZOVA, you can diagnose and treat sleep disorders through integrated protocols and AZOVA’s At-Home Sleep Test. Coaching that changes lives. As part of the AZOVA network, wellness coaches provide structured, evidence-based support for patients managing chronic conditions or improving their overall health and wellness. Our programs are built on the Core Four pillars—nutrition, movement, sleep, and emotional wellness—empowering patients to make lasting lifestyle changes that improve outcomes. Health Coaches complete initial coaching assessments, set goals, evaluate motivation and barriers for change, provide ongoing support and accountability and meet virtually with their patients weekly through video or secure chat visits.

Behavioral Health Intake Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time. As part of the AZOVA network, coordinators serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking behavioral health support, conducting virtual intake assessments, gathering clinical and psychosocial information, and helping match patients with appropriate providers and care pathways. Through secure video and digital tools, coordinators support patients with empathy, clarity, and efficiency—reducing barriers to care and improving access to services.

By joining AZOVA, you’ll be embedded in an integrated care ecosystem where behavioral health, medical care, and prevention work together. With built-in workflows, administrative support, and collaboration tools, intake coordinators help streamline onboarding, support continuity of care, and ensure patients feel supported from their very first interaction.

Care that comes to the patient. AZOVA partners with mobile phlebotomists to deliver in-home lab collection for prevention, primary care, and functional medicine programs. Orders are placed by licensed providers in our network—you focus on safe, accurate specimen collection while we handle scheduling and coordination.

Who can participate? Certified phlebotomy technicians (CPT) or equivalently credentialed phlebotomists, licensed as required by their state. Mobile experience preferred.
